Dr. Shafik Sachedina received his certification to be a dental surgeon at Guy’s Hospital Medical and Dental School at the University of London in 1975 and later went on to practice in his field of study at several medical organizations in England, the country he’d moved to from his native land of Tanzania.

Clay then go over the program of the day, implements a walk-through and come up with a good plan for the things that the crew should do. To ensure that he and the team are productive, he has to look at the way the things are done way before a show starts and also give directions on what actions need to be taken afterward. With his experience, Hutson says he knows what can work and what can’t. , he says that he has to first picture the whole show in his mind and then the visions unfold to reality later. To the young people, his advice is that they need to be honest with themselves and also the people around them.
Clay Hutson has a bachelor’s degree in theater designs which is from Central Michigan University. He also has an MBA from Stephen M. Ross School of business. His passion for music began since he was a small boy. After graduation, clay worked as a project manager and a sound engineer. Clay has been a production manager for Getagrip Touring from the year 1999. He was once a production manager for artists like Prince and the likes of Jennifer Nettles. He has also worked with Kanye West as his stage manager. Clay has used to work for the Billy Graham sound team, but he later decided to venture into the music industry.
